The California Lady Pintos opened up their season at home with a 45-39 win over Boonville.
Boonville led 10-5 after the first quarter, then the Lady Pintos used an 11-5 edge in the second quarter to grab a 16-15 lead at the half. Boonville lead 29-26 heading into final quarter where California closed on a 19-10 run for the win.
Cameron Meyer led California with 10 points.
In the JV game, California won 49-20.
California is off until Monday, December 5th when they face Tipton.
