C3D1: Perryville upsets Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau) in two

26-24, 26-24. Huge win for the Lady Pirates who gave Notre Dame their first loss of the season in the Notre Dame Volleyball Fest. The Bulldogs defeated Perryville two weeks ago on the Pirates' home court in a three-set thriller, and now the Pirates have given Notre Dame their final (and third) loss of the season. The Bulldogs' only other loss came to Lutheran South in the championship match of the Festus Invitational Tournament.

Perryville advances to Sectionals where it will face the winner of District 2.

Congratulations to Coach Dave Mirly and the Perryville Lady Pirates on a big win.
