When has NKC won anything? The answer is not since my Dad went to school there (1959).
I didn’t get to see it but it sure looked like Webb City had quite the scare tonight.

You just never know. I always cringe when any of my favorite teams at any level play one week before the "big" one.
Was in Portland tonight been working with NWS Systems all week. Watched it on the big screen wasn’t a good game be Webb but Branson played hard
May just be a lot of Parity in the COC
Carthage at Webb next friday for the bag of marbles

Well I could care less,,, but not like it was an 0-3 team that pulled off an upset, they have eon their games so far what more can you ask????

You've made that perfectly clear, wcfanfourever.
Fort led 12-0 early in the 4th and had multiple chances to put the game away but didn't capitalize on opportunities. Didn't do the little things you need to do to win games.
Clyde Price of NKC is a man. They are one dimensional on offense but that was enough to beat Fort tonight. They took the lead on basically a hail mary td pass with just under 1 minute remaining.
The difference in the game imo was the NKC DL. They dominated the line of scrimmage and Fort struggled to get anything going offensively.
Congrats to Coach Douglas and the Hornets,
ps- this may have been the longest non-OT high school game I've ever attended. I would bet there were 30 penalties called between the two teams. Game started at 7pm and didn't end until 10:20,

That is very likely now. Starting the day to day countdown to Staley at LSW! This will be KC metro HSFB at its level best.
I've followed NKC for years. I'm delighted for coach Douglas and this win. Talk about some lean seasons, challenging circumstances, low numbers, young player's etc etc etc. This win is awesome.

I don't have a dog in this fight but It thin it boils down to what part of the state you are from on this one. When I saw the Webb Branson score I almost spilled my drink.
