I ended up falling asleep during the stream. It was obviously not very good lol.Update?
I don't think it was Branson. I thought it was Rogersville and Marshfield. Either way I don't think the OMC should add Parkview or Central. I don't think they should have added Hillcrest.Kind of curious as to why Branson didn't want Parkview in the OMC?
It 100% was Branson that didn't want them. Branson wanted to be the only Class 5 school in their conference. Wanted to make sure they always stay big fish in little pond.Kind of curious as to why Branson didn't want Parkview in the OMC?
Well either way I vote with Branson. This league doesn't need another awful football program. It 100% was Branson that didn't want them. Branson wanted to be the only Class 5 school in their conference. Wanted to make sure they always stay big fish in little pond.

Kind of thought that was what the OMC was... maybe to put it more kindly, it was geared towards programs having difficulty climbing out of the hole in their existing situation. Not like any of them were recently dominating their previous leagues, except for Bolivar and West Plains having good years here and there (after Bolivar lost the COC East that is).Well either way I vote with Branson. It was weird for them to accept Hillcrest, but not Parkview though. Hillcrest isn’t too much bigger than Parkview and both football programs have been really bad. Both schools have good basketball programs also.Kind of thought that was what the OMC was... maybe to put it more kindly, it was geared towards programs having difficulty climbing out of the hole in their existing situation. The SPS schools have kinda been getting treated like the red headed step child in the new conferences that they’re in.
Why not Hillcrest? Just curious. They’ve always been the smallest school in the SPS and up until Bolivar joined, Hillcrest had been the smallest school in the OC. It was only this year that Hillcrest passed WP in enrollment.I don't think it was Branson. I thought it was Rogersville and Marshfield. All of the other schools are towns with their own school. Hillcrest is just a random school in a larger city. Why not Hillcrest? Just curious. With Rog, Bolivar, and Marshfield all as close in proximity as they are to Hillcrest it makes sense.
The only two schools who truly don’t make sense in the OMC is WP and CJ but only from a geographical standpoint, enrollment-wise they make sense.
Next year Hillcrest will be without a doubt terrible. All of the other schools are towns with their own school. Hillcrest is just a random school in a larger city.
I think over the next 10 years Hillcrest will by far be the worst football program in the league. They haven't won 1 conference game in any fall sport so far.
Do you think the OMC should accept Parkview and Central?Next year Hillcrest will be without a doubt terrible.
I’m talking turbo at half every game except Marsh and Rog terrible
It depends on the reasons, Parkview and Central would make the boys basketball stronger.Do you think the OMC should accept Parkview and Central?
