He wasn't the dude coming out of HS. There were obviously better qbs in state they could've offered.

But Drink was hired as an “offensive whiz”.
Third and four. The out is wide open for a first down. Missed him. Second and 2, takes a six yard sack instead of getting rid of the ball. He has none of the “intangibles” that win you football games.

If they don't have a QB other than Cook next year, they will be around .500 again next year. Cook cannot make the simple throws. I don't know if Horn is the answer but he cannot be worse than Cook. Must have a new QB and improve O Line and Schrader is not the answer as the starting running back. He is an FCS guy playing in the SEC. I fear though that next year we will continue to watch Cook and Schrader and be around .500 again.

Horn has NFL qb size and a big arm. Just needs reps and game experience.
