Looks to be a awesome environmentNot a shocker. When a NEMO team hosts a semifinal, they draw from the whole region. I would expect a huge SRO crowd.
There was a crowd 15 deep all around the track with portable stands behind both endzones and behind the visitor bench in 2010 when we hosted Penney. Tons of Centralia, Monroe City and South Shelby fans were there. Penney brought a whole bunch of fans too. Best environment by far I've ever seen. 3 point affair going into the 4th didn't hurt either. Still had natural grass and tall pines encircling the field then too. Sigh.Looks to be a awesome environment
Love that. It’s always fun having other communities show up as well. I bet it will be even more of that tomorrow. Maybe top it? Doubt it. There wasn't a video stay at home option in 2010.Love that. It’s always fun having other communities show up as well. I bet it will be even more of that tomorrow. Maybe top it? What do you think?
People want to get out this year and enjoy their holidays especially after covid and on big events such as these. Let me add Blair Oaks fans are going to be the ones that decide at the last moment to go or to order the video option and being that the rain threat is out the window I see them traveling even more.Doubt it. There wasn't a video stay at home option in 2010.
Got a police scanner? Might need it lolI'll be in attendance. If it is no longer an interesting game at half, I'll haul ass down to Columbia for the Class 6 title game.
Don't jinx me.Got a police scanner? Might need it lol
I spent ten years of my life one year in north central MO. When there’s an event, expect a lot of people. Especially if the sun is down. Not a lot of entertainment options. Some darned good people though. Not a shocker. When a NEMO team hosts a semifinal, they draw from the whole region. I would expect a huge SRO crowd.
Keep us update top.Heading to what should be a SHOWCASE in Smithville tomorrow. Rain will be light if at all barring OT(s). Every HSFB fan in Clay County (and some of Platte) may well attend so gonna head over early and try to get a home side seat.
