I'm wondering why he won't play Garcia to give infielders a day off. The Cards have been pretty good over the years about using guys they bring up to find out what they can do with the big boys.

I see Bourjos still sucks. Got to the ball in RCF but didn't catch it, then takes strike 3 with the bases loaded. He just ain't a very good MLB player.

I agree. BUT...we had runners all over the bases and 4 batters in row could not get a ball out of the infield. Heyward is a hustling ballplayer and seems like a good guy. But there is no way I would sign him long term. He can't hit. He just chops.
