There is no both sides. Sens. James Lankford (Okla.) and Mike Lee (Utah) introduced the Protect Drug Innovation Act, which would eliminate that provision.

All that big money pharma pays these clowns is worth something i guess.
They better be careful or Americans may get ticked off enough to actually do something substantive in regards to health care.
Why can every other developed nation give better health care outcomes for a fraction of the price?
Unbelievable!! I would like to hear Sen Lankford and Lee's explanation on why their legislation should be passed. Our medical/insurance industries are the biggest scam. I guess on the bright side, they employ millions of people who all seem to make a good salary.
