In a court of law, absolutely. I think a lower standard should be applied to whether a person plays in a football game.
Not Cow...but this one always interests me. And I never really have the right answer. I'm thinking I'd lean toward an indictment (not related to this case, but more so all of them). At least then you know there's enough evidence of a crime to formally charge. That relies on the investigation moving quickly though. Then again, if you suspend at the time of accusation, you risk taking time away for potential frivolous allegations. I think it's really tough to have a black/white stance on this.
