They seem to be so much better than anyone else that they can only challenge each other. Am I right in thinking that or do you guys think there's another class 3 team close?

Seneca’s biggest test thus far comes this Friday, let me see how the final result goes and I’ll get back to you.
That's a class 4 team though so it won't really tell us much about if there are anty teams in class 3 that can challenge them
Honestly, this is my opinion, (Borgia, Blair Oaks, and Seneca) are way ahead of everyone else in Class 3.
Dexter seems like they are an ill-disciplined version of Bowling Green. They want to run the ball but they don't have that super star like Bowling Green had a few years ago. Southern Boone is doing well against them.
unless something changes between last week and this week, I’d say Seneca would be a 2-3 TD favorite over CJ.

I don't think this week will be Senecas biggest test not dogging the Bulldogs but CJ's Win's have all come against some really bad teams. Only one of them have a winning record Marshfield who probable won't win another game.

I think you are correct, but Mt Vernon will be tough test (if they play again). John Burroughs and Borgia will be tough. If Maryville gets through, they always seem to adjust the 2nd time as well against BO. I do agree that Seneca and BO are headed toward the show down. If Seneca can throw the ball, they may just win it.
Mt. Vernon is getting better every week. Seneca is obviously better than them but the gap is not as much as people think. The score was 20-14 Seneca late in the 3rd. Mt. Vernon actually drove right down the field on them early but fumbled inside the 10. They just fought up hill the rest of the game.
You better watch more class 3 teams Stryk! There a couple teams that can beat them. Especially if they pass the ball.

Didn’t join the team until school started I don’t believe. Hadn’t played since middle school.
Really good athlete but has been a basketball only guy in HS if I remember correctly. Is really good friends with the now former starting QB.
For not playing since middle school, he’s done alright. I wouldn’t say he’s done fantastic but he’s been a nice additional option on offense. Just an athlete.
And the injury bug. That caught up to them last year in the semis when they lost the RB and WR/S.

It was the first game of the year and Aurora is not as bad as their record, Their three loses have are against teams that are a combined 17-3 MV, Nevada and Seneca are ranked.
I watched Borgia, they are solid....but not sure they can matchup well against BO. I have only watched Seneca on Film. They are really really good. But trying to create a pass heavy game to a well rounded team that isnt a strength will be a bad decision. Anyone can be beat, I just have not seen a team that can matchup with BO.
That can be said with any team. Obviously my assesment is a BO team at full strength.
Should get a good read on Borgia in Week 9 against Osage. Obviously can't compare scores but would be a common opponent at least.

Borgia collapsed. gave up several special teams big plays which resulted in points. They faced adversity for the first time this season and collapsed. I own it. I thought they wouldn't but they did.
BO and Seneca sent messages to the rest of Class 3 last night. The message was clear: this is our year and when it came to BO it was additionally clear that even without 2 crucial playmakers BO is still BO and they will steamroll.
Exactly! Seneca and BO headed for a collision. And in all reality, I think BO will win fairly easily.
Don't sleep on Lift for Life
I will stand by it that I would be shocked if it’s not BO and Seneca. And I think that would make for a great Title Game. But it’s also HS football and you can never overlook anyone. But also certain coaches I wouldn’t bet against, Coach LePage being at the top of that list.
