Offensive penalties will no longer be spot fouls behind the line of scrimmage.

For example if a hold is 7 yards behind the Los on first down it will be 1st and 20 instead of 1st and 27.

A lot of people, including officials, don’t seem to understand the differences between HS, college and the NFL.

Thankfully. In execution, just dumb to see the 1st down and 25 to 27 yard results of those calls. Kills a game.
