Big 8 teams in championship games in the same year

I just wondered about how many other conferences have multiple teams playing in title games in the same year? Last year Lamar and Monett, year before it seems like it was Lamar and Seneca ? Is this unusual or does it happen every year in several conferences ? Cards you seem to be a history / facts buff - what about it ?

Very impressive, can’t imagine this is a regular occurrence, be rough to be teams in bottom of these conferences, ouch!
