• Mizzou currently holds a 33-match win streak. The last time Mizzou lost a dual was Jan. 31, 2014, to Oklahoma State, 707 days ago.
• The Tigers are a perfect 3-0 all-time vs. Buffalo. In the last meeting, Mizzou beat Buffalo, 43-6, on Feb. 6, 2015.
• Friday's dual will be a part of the Beauty and the Beast Event with Mizzou Gymnastics. Both teams will host duals and compete simultaneously. Gymnastics hosts Illinois.
• Redshirt junior 149-pounder Lavion Mayes is a perfect 14-0 on the season, the Tigers only wrestler with an unblemished record. Mayes is 5-0 in dual competition, scoring 17 points in five victories.
• A win for junior 197-pounder J'den Cox would be his 90th career victory. Cox is 14-1 this season and 89-5 overall.
• Redshirt sophomore 184-pounder Willie Miklus leads the team in points scored during dual competition with 26 points, including three falls.

Barnes, Baumgartner Inserted
• Redshirt senior 157-pounder Le'Roy Barnes and redshirt junior 141-pounder Cole Baumgartner will get their first dual starts of the season vs. Buffalo.

• Baumgartner has competed in three tournaments this season, compling a 10-5 record and a third place finish at the UNI Open in the 141-pound weight class.

Mayes Undefeated
