Basketball coach at Herculaneum now open???

Saw something on MoReap about a coaching opening and Social Studies teaching position...trying to confirm if this is the head coaching job that Moser/Mouser held and where he may be going if so?

Herculaneum just can't find the right mix of coaching/athletic ability...been a loooooooooong time since they were relevant in Jefferson County, at least that's what it seems like.

You are correct...they have had a team or two since then but the really really relevant teams were back then with Bill Whitmer. Of course, they got absolutely throttled by Roland Gray and Monroe Douglass and the rest of the McKinley GoldBugs out at JeffCo.

I am not saying you are wrong but I don't remember the game at JeffCo being lopsided. I know the first game at Herky was close. The second game at JeffCo I thought was an 8 point game or so. That Herky squad was one of the best I have seen. They were 26-0 going into the rematch with McKinley.

You could be correct....as I was only in 7th grade but I do remember that the McKinley team that played at Jeffco, played a totally different game than what they did the first time at Herky. I also remember the warm-ups of both games, when you were allowed to dunk, and it was ridiculous.
