Big win for the Pacific Indians. The Monkey is off Pacific's John VanLeer and Thumb's back and looking for a home in Owensville, Union, St. Clair, Parkway West or Sullivan. The Monkey has been living in Pacific for 36 years, not well liked but excepted but it's time to move on after Pacific's offensive and defensive play last Friday evening. The Borgia Knights have won class 4 district 6 for nine straight years ( Dating back to 2009 )

This appears to be Borgia coach Dave Nier's first losing season in more then two decades. This may be Coach Dave Nier's first losing season ( 13-14 ) since he was hired as Borgia's head basketball coach. ( Could someone verify Dave's dominance as basketball coach @ Borgia?

Borgia has won 14 districts in the last 18 years. ( Did not win districts in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2018 ) Borgia was assigned to districts in St. Charles in 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Pacific's class of 2018 appears to be loaded with seniors but had a good JV team. It is unclear what will happen in class 4 district 6 in the future however Pacific and Borgia will be favored if the same teams are assigned
