Ashton Judd commits to Mizzou

Somehow I thought she was already committed to Missouri St. Must have confused her with the Republic girl.

I’m kind of surprised she didn’t go to Missouri State myself since her dad played there, but honestly, I think she’s a better fit for Mizzou with her skill set.
plus, I don’t see coach mox sticking around for more than maybe one more year at the most.

So neither daughter of the dads who played at Missouri St are going to Missouri St.

Missouri St was not interested in Judd from what I hear. A completely stupid choice on their part and one that will come back to haunt them. A great player with family connections right in their own backyard and they choose to pass. Dumb dumb dumb.

But a great thing for Mizzou. She will excel there.

It may come back and haunt Mo State for not recruiting Judd but to call the program dumb is kind of puzzling. Mo State historically and in the present is a better program than Mizzou

That is true and just makes this decision even more dumb. If they want to keep that status they need to do better moving forward. You are only as good as your next recruiting class.

I don’t see Coach Mox staying after next year honestly.
I don’t think she’s going to be able to win with her own recruits.

Mox cut Katie Scott lose after she was already committed to Missouri St via the prior coach. Katie waited for like a month and never even got a call to tell her anything.

Coach Mox may very well be gone soon, she is a good coach. But Mo State has been through losing good coaches in the past and are still successful. There is no guarantee that their next hire will be successful however, but I feel Pingeton is the main problem at Mizzou. She has had very good players in the past and and present and still hasn’t even made it to the Sweet 16
