DO u know the offensive Coordinator at Army, Mitch Ware, is an Aurora grad who also was a standout QB at SMS as a QB. So I have more reason to watch the game.

Great QB and leader at SMS. He actually coached at Navy for several years before moving on to Georgia Southern.

I spoke with one of the "Old Timers" in my town ans said he remembers playing against Coach Ware. Said he was one of the best if not THE best player in SW Missouri at that time.

He has made a career of option football.
He ran the Delaware Wing-T at SMS. And
he was a technician. He was awesome at the waggle pass plays. At that time, he helped turn the program around. After his senior year they announced the move to Div. I-AA.

At that time, I believe to move to Div I in basketball they had to move to I-AA in football. But dont quote me on that.

Yeah, I don't think you get to cherry pick your division based on the sport. Otherwise, KU would be D2 in football for sure.
