There's technically no limit to the number of students that a school can have and still play 8-man

Per MSHSAA website, Appleton City has 27 on their roster with 3 coming from a co-op with Ballard.

That doesn't appear to be that crazy of a number. Osceola's roster has 27. North Andrew has 30. North Shelby has 26 and Worth County has 25.
