So am I. Vienna played until 83. In the mid-50s, there were over 300 boys schools playing softball.

Vienna ended football in 1989. That's also when Iberia ended. No other 1A schools in the area at the time. They had a conference with Grandview, MMA, and MSD. MSD went 8 man in 1988. If they could have stuck around for a few more years Cuba and South Callaway started programs.
