2. When he did shut down he didn't clean the subways.
3. Then he shipped all the COVID positive nursing home patients to nursing homes.

In NY the curve looked extremely steep upward on one end and extremely steep downward on the other end. The reason for this is that it burned through the entire city! There are precincts in NY where 50-60% of the people carry the COVID antibodies.
