TRUMP'S Nominee for the US Supreme Court has close ties to a Christian Religious group that holds men are divinely ordained as " Head of the Family and Faith. Former member of the group called " People of Praise " say it teaches that wives must submit to the will of the husband.

I'm asking anyone who reads this post, to look up the above information and then ask yourself is Trump's nominee someone who should be on the US Supreme Court?

I have doubt that Amy Coney Barnett will be on the US Supreme Court however Trump and the republican may believe men are superior to women.

RawMeat, MGHS and Mr. Garner, could we get your take on the above?

I read that too and thought it was odd, but I try not to judge someone else's religious beliefs. Then there is this verse.......

Ephesians 5:22-33 ESV / 2,047 helpful votes
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. metro, did you mean to say "I have doubt" or "I have NO doubt" that Barnett will be on SCOTUS?

Don’t make sense! Forbidden! Forbidden!
Barrett has no business being in the SC she is of a religion that the husband says what goes. She will need to clear EVERY decision with him before she can rule on ANYTHING. He might as well be trumps pick instead of her.

Do we know what Notorious RBG's religious affiliation was or did it matter at her time of selection/confirmation? Is it possible that the SCOTUS nominations should be based on the best person for the bench and not their race, gender, religious beliefs.... We should expect these people to be constitutional scholars and impartial judges. Also, will there be a need for more members of the SCOTUS if Harris is elected as Vice-President?
Are you saying her gender and age were not factors in her selection? Are you saying that she is the best option for a seat on the supreme court? I would think that Trump's Epstein buddy would have gotten more of a look.
