That was back in 2012. Correct me if I am wrong @BoosterBosko or @StefanDjordjevich but doesnt Ampipe play Walnut Heights every season still? If I dig deep enough, I'm pretty sure Bosko shared some pics from this game.
Well thats just a given@StefanDjordjevich aka the original doc guy for postgame analysis.
Every year they play each other and freaking Walnut Heights has a huge advantage in the W column, which i hate admitting. This was actually the last win for Ampipe and that was 7 years ago... my stomach hurts thinking about my senior year...@StefanDjordjevich aka the original doc guy for postgame analysis.
THE ORIGINAL!!!!!Well thats just a given
I never get tired of hearing that story. Sounds like you left several key people out though. Not no mention of Bosko or Coach Nickerson. They both played major roles in your younger days.Every year they play each other and freaking Walnut Heights has a huge advantage in the W column, which i hate admitting. This was actually the last win for Ampipe and that was 7 years ago... my stomach hurts thinking about my senior year...
Stop me if you have heard this, but in 1983 Ampipe had a heck of a team coming back. My best friend, Brian, was getting recruiting by EVERYONE, and ends up committing to USC (hollywood baby!), our QB, Rifleman, could put the ball anywhere he wanted, our OLB and WR, Shadow could run like the wind, and ended up going to WVU (he always wanted to go there). We had a lineman, Tank, go to Furman and our RB, Mouse, went and played ball. But because of this game, i got blackballed from all the top colleges in the country because of my coach.
anyway... to make a really long story short... It rained the night of the big Walnut Heights game... but it didnt start until we were ahead 12-7 with 2 mins to go in the game, WH fumbled on the 1 yard line and we recovered to win the game!!! WRONG... Salvucci fumbled the handoff and WH recovers with no time left in the endzone and we lose 13-12. I got mad after the game, stood up for my boy Vinny, Coach kicked me off the team, i scattered a little trash on the lawn (i didnt spray paint the house or puncture tires) ... he got mad and ruined my senior year.
This gets more interesting with every post. I should watch this "documentary"Stef,
I am sure you regret throwing trash on me, my wife, and my little girl. You were there.
I regret letting my emotions get the best of me, but I think I made up for it in the end. How did you enjoy your full ride to cal- poly, finest engineering program in the country?
You're missing out! This gets more interesting with every post. I should watch this "documentary"

Wow. Not even a brief reference to Bosko. He wont like that. I know several of the folks you listed there, have checked in on MoSports before. I am fairly certain that every Doc Guy has given a, "where are they know" kind of update from their specific doc. You can peruse the Doc Guy living history thread titled, 'Doc Guys.....Forver!'What ended up happening to all those guys? We could use an update since all of you are in your 50's now. Would be nice to know what happened to Riley, Rifleman, The Shadow, Salvucci, Tank, Mouse, yourself and even Lisa. Also what happened to Alexander once he graduated from Walnut Heights?
While that seems to be true most of the time, but Ampipe did win this yearYou’re never going to beat those rich pricks
probably the only good bosko line in the whole docYou’re never going to beat those rich pricks
Oh come on Stef! I know you were busy helping Bri, but Boskos speech was one for the ages!probably the only good bosko line in the whole doc
All great questions...What ended up happening to all those guys? We could use an update since all of you are in your 50's now. Dont forget Bosko! He was a steel mill manager at American Pipe & Steel for over 20 years! Plus he has been the Ampipe Booster Club president for over 25 years! All great questions...
Riley is in Ampipe, 9 kids.
Rifleman coaches little league baseball in Pittsburgh
Shadow, got into some really good bands and became a famous singer for a bit.
The Vooch is in jail
Tank, no one knows.
Mouse is a plummer
Me... Engineering is my life baby!
and Lisa... maybe Joe can help you with that... he saw her last.

Unpopular opinion: I like the Doc Guys. I know the majority of my fellow posters on here dont like them, but I do. The Doc Guys really break up the monotony on here. "Stl schools will dominate state this year. Webb City, Webb City, Webb City! Private schools always have and always will recruit! X school has the best funnel cakes! Etc." Its just nice to see posts that break the mold of MoSportsOh come on Stef! I know you were busy helping Bri, but Boskos speech was one for the ages!
Here, here! I'm sure Bosko appreciates this.Unpopular opinion: I like the Doc Guys. I know the majority of my fellow posters on here dont like them, but I do. Ah! I see you know your sports docs quite well. Just more evidence that you should be a Doc Guy Raw! But on your Bosko question, most of my fellow Doc Guys take a summer hiatus, although Stef has been showing up a bit. Anyways, I remember seeing a post of his on a thread awhile back. He and his wife planned on exploring the NE some. Hit up a few breweries.Ah contraire! Not a Bosko quote, but from one of his pool hall buddies; in fact, I think it was from the same guy that flashed you that stupid smile prior to trashing coaches’ house.
Oof! I hope Bosko doesnt read this, or you'll find yourself having one of his, "chats."You mean the wife that looks like E.T. impregnated a Himalayan snow leopard?
you are good Raw! my bad. i stand correctedAh contraire! Not a Bosko quote, but from one of his pool hall buddies; in fact, I think it was from the same guy that flashed you that stupid smile prior to trashing coaches’ house.
I got a new job, new firm. Have had to be at work a lot more getting things straightened out.Ah! I see you know your sports docs quite well. Just more evidence that you should be a Doc Guy Raw! You forgot to add the blu-ray section at FYE. That's where I found my copy Peter, but that's beside the point. What I find more interesting, is that for someone who dislikes 'All the Right Moves' so much, you sure do seem to know where someone could find one......Best three places to find a copy of “All the wrong moves.”
1. Family Video in the Free to a good home basket.
2. Local flea market or antique store in the Free to a good home basket.
3. Garage sale next to used underwear. Both marked Free to a good home.
No one cares man!Best three places to find a copy of “All the wrong moves.”
