In the girls class 3 3200 meter state championship race Alyssa Allison of Festus defended her title with a winning time of 11:17.53.
Grace Bridwell of MICDS was second with a time of 11:29 and Allison's teammate Sadie Darnell took home the 3rd place medal with a time of 11:32.
Katie Wells of Marshall was 4th and Dacey Mitchell of West Plains was 5th.
Schweiss of Herculaneum, Brosnan of Staley and Meiners of St. Francis Borgia finished 6th, 7th and 8th in that order.
