Alex says:

"We live in an era that .210 with 30 home runs and 70 RBI is acceptable, is a good season. We don’t believe that. They’re certain situations where a strikeout is not just an out. We put the ball in play and they did again tonight, and that’s why we won the game" Boo-freakin-yah.

2015 Royals, 2017 Astros, now 2018 Red Sox. They put the ball in play.

You skipped a team. Why is that

Because I dont know the stats on the cubs. I do know 3 out of the last 4 best teams in baseball have. If u want to put the cubs stats out there feel free. Cubs can bite me.

Congrats. I dont waste my time looking up Cubs stats. I am also not a douche who lives in Missouri and roots for an Illinois team.

I mean....

They were 16th in K%
2nd in OBP
13th in HR
3rd in R

They had to do something to score all those runs....
I meant they kinda bopped it around a lot. But I would've guessed more K's and more HR's. Surprises me a bit.

Defense though. That was why they dominated. Since 2015, the 2016 Cubs defense is the best defensive team in the league.....and it's not even close (assuming you use Def Val from Fangraphs)
