Alabama WR transfers............

"Saban must have ran him off. Couldn't get him to buy in... what a poor coach Saban must be"

Lol that's the Kim Anderson debate after a kid transfers. I know sports/programs/talent level are a little different and Saban can afford to run a few of them off, but do you see how ludicrous that argument is?

On a separate note, why are you guys angered by this? Our (if you're a mizzou fan) thoughts should be "Yaaaaaaaay!" .... not "oh this poor dumb kid, does he know what a terrible choice he is making?"

Just my take.

I agree! I am a Mizzou fan, and this is huge! People say, "stars don't matter" on here a lot, but this might really help Mizzou. Like someone said earlier, he got his national championship, so why not go to a school where you could be the leading WR and really shine? With all of the offensive woes at MU, this should only help things. Its kinda like when the Chiefs picked up Jeremy Maclin....

I'm not gonna lie, there was some times I felt bad for JMac. Lol. But man was I glad we had him!

Im still mad at the athletic dept and spineless campus leadership for allowing a suicide-threatening minority to dictate campus policy, which is a joke because apparently Zou's policy is "We have no policy". As a lifelong Zou fan i find it hard to root for em anymore, seeing as its been a spineless institution for several years obviously. Thus I feel sorry for this kid, I dont think he understands the miserable embarrassment Zou has become.

Graduate transfer can play immediately. MU has done some recruiting work at receiver. Good news out of Columbia for a change.

The Kid has been hurt a lot his whole career and been passed up but guys because of it. It was Black, not Cooper, Alabama coaches raved about until a shoulder injury his freshman year. If he can stay healthy, I expect a lot.

Man they let one of the top WR go to Oregon last season and another they are not even recruiting in Columbia in the McQuitty kid as a junior this year. What are they thinking? Pinkel's era has come to a bad end after so many good things. Hopefully it does not carry over.

Hopefully he can stay healthy and if he does it will be a boost to a horrid offense.
