I guess you have forgot Trump announced he would nominate a woman. I didn't see you complain about that. Then McConnell, who wouldn't even give Garland any hearings 8 months from the election pushed Trump's woman nominee through the process at warp speed and got her approved in 21 days.

You have no idea about the qualifications of anyone on the list that has been made public but most have already been confirmed as federal judges at a high level, what else do you have to know? What makes one federal judge a better fit for the SC than another?

Ummm...I'm not sure if you are aware, but just in case you aren't: all judges interpret the laws. The act of interpretation itself can only happen within the context of one's opinions and beliefs; there is no such thing as an objective interpretation. That is why we have a million different denominations within every religion on Earth. Also, another quick FYI: a court's official decision in a case is called...wait for it...an opinion. Justice Roberts is obviously wrong. Because nine judges made the wrong decision 50 years ago doesnt mean it shouldnt be fixed now.

To qualify as a murder, according to the definition of the word, it has to be unlawful. Abortion is not unlawful. If it becomes unlawful, then you'll be correct. I know you really want to be right on this, but at this point in time, you aren't, and until abortion is illegal, and it may happen, it quite literally cannot qualify as murder.
