Wondering, with 4 teams (St. Mary’s, Cardinal Ritter, St. Dominic and Duchesne) in the Semis, has any other conference done that? How about winning 3 state titles if they can pull it off?
I don’t have kids in school. It’s been a few years back. Yeah you guys were bound to beat us one of those times. Should. Entire team of recruits. Kinda sad it took until last year. :c503, Do no understand your post to a simple questions, has any conference had this many. Sorry you son lost to one of the private schools from St. Louis. Also, I do believe we should have a private division and a public division in all sports.
In 2019, Carthage and Webb City won state titles, while Joplin advanced to the state championship game. Very impressive for one conference to have that kind of performance in the 3 largest classes.Didn't the Large COC do this a few years back? Class 6 Joplin Class 5 Carthage Class 4 Webb City?
Should be one heck of a gameYes, and I know other conferences have won 2 titles, very impressed by the COC. I think Carthage vs Howell might be the game of the year.
Were the Pirates still in the MEC then?Someone fact check me but one year mid 2000's I believe MEC had 4 semi teams. Chillicothe got stuck on the east bracket.
Class 2 Cameron
Class 3 Platte County and Chillicothe
Class 4 Benton
Benton was still horrible when Rucker was playing. They got better the next year, when Derek Wilson took over the program.I’m guessing that’s right at the end of Sherman’s runs to state with PC
and the same time that Benton had Rucker and Cameron had Newhart
Weren’t there two Ruckers? I think one went to Nebraska and one to Mizzou. I could be wrong though.Benton was still horrible when Rucker was playing. They got better the next year, when Derek Wilson took over the program.
Yeah, Mike last season at Benton I think 93, went to Nebraska. Tee last season was 02.Weren’t there two Ruckers? I think one went to Nebraska and one to Mizzou. I could be wrong though.
How many public schools is that?Wondering, with 4 teams (St. Mary’s, Cardinal Ritter, St. Dominic and Duchesne) in the Semis, has any other conference done that? How about winning 3 state titles if they can pull it off?
St. Marys did not play Ritter this year, so they can't exactly be in the same conference. That is like saying all the Suburban schools that are in the different Suburban conferences are in the same conference.Wondering, with 4 teams (St. Mary’s, Cardinal Ritter, St. Dominic and Duchesne) in the Semis, has any other conference done that? How about winning 3 state titles if they can pull it off?
At best, they will only win 2 state titles now with Duchesne's loss today. No better than what COC or other conferences have done.Wondering, with 4 teams (St. Mary’s, Cardinal Ritter, St. Dominic and Duchesne) in the Semis, has any other conference done that? Per usual. STL does this every year. Truly, they should be winning 3-4 every year.At best, they will only win 2 state titles now with Duchesne's loss today. No better than what COC or other conferences have done.
Chillicothe was not, but the other 3 all were in 2005.Someone fact check me but one year mid 2000's I believe MEC had 4 semi teams. Chillicothe got stuck on the east bracket.
