This is just my opinion.
College Football is broken. While it continues to be a huge moneymaker, but let's be honest, there are a lot of issues with the game. First, there is a big gap in parity (Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and then everyone else). The other problem is that the College Football playoff is not inclusive enough. The bowl games are a problem because (while they are fun for the players to get free stuff) they have become irrelevant with the college football playoff. The powers that be have to figure out these issues soon. If they can figure out the issue with Conference Championship Games ($$$$), Bowl Games (becoming irrelevant), then I think they can expand the playoff and make it exciting.
