Too early for 2015 data to be known, as most companies are still in the middle/at the end of this analysis; 2014 was up 3% per http://kff.org/health-costs/report/2014-employer-health-benefits-survey/

Medical CPI is up about 2.5% over the last 12 months - suggesting the cost of care continues to grow at a lower rate than prior to the 2008 downturn. Note this is a blend of all medical care, including Medicare (which is running lower than Medical CPI right now)
