It says after almost 2.5 years, this is the norm. Win 82 to 86 games and finish just out of the playoffs.

We are very mediocre in nearly every aspect. Wacha, Mikolas and Hicks have astonished Cards management and fans.
Brebbia and Norris have been solid. Those guys have carried us. Otherwise, to a man everyone has been a disappointment.

Wong, Pham, Carp, Fowler, Holland, Cecil are major underachievers.

I would say his playing time right now is telling. Defense is + but hitting is beginning to slide with more playing time especially against RH pitching
