Yesterday those were landing in a glove somewhere, today they were just out of reach. Always takes a little luck to get where you wanna go in the post season. Some very good pitching by the Cardinals staff was not just luck, they've done it a LOT this season.

That's a pretty amazing stat when you think about it. Twice in 4 days. He seems like a nice kid. It's too bad that the media blows him up so much with the greatest ever stigma. Give the guy a chance to pitch a few more years and maybe win some play-off games. The Dodgers seem like a giant dysfunctional family from the top down.
