I was in Saudi when this took place, and didn't hear about it until at least a month later if memory serves. It's nevertheless funny to hear the excuses from Buff fans such as "well, if the down marker was right, we wouldn't have spiked it on 4th down" (nevermind the clock was running with no timeouts), or the Omni turf gems. Still, this epic loss does bring a little life to a lifeless era in Mizzou football history, so I guess there's something to be thankful for.
