DeSantis is gaining traction and making a lot of plays to “the base”. Throw in the best GOP female and the Dems are doomed.

I wouldn't vote for him, but he can at least complete coherent sentences as opposed to the word-salad shooter that used to be in office.
DeSantis has a record that he has to run against.
Depends on how the dumocraps attack him. Trump didn't have a record so he was at an advantage. Now he's got lots of baggage that's clear to anyone with any synapses that fire correctly.

I'm curious how DeSantis looking at options on whether to open or close schools in Florida has anything to do with his run for President and is considered baggage? A bunch of Educational Union cronies and a Private School Bishop giving their opinion that keeping the schools closed was the right thing is now baggage?
I get the MSM has been skewing this as the don't say gay bill and how it attacks the LBGQ etc. community...which is a bold face lie. But it appears a huge amount of the populace isn't buying the BS. Florida has shifted about 4% to the Rep. favor since 2018..I'd say all the Woke BS and Biden has done wonders for him.
Come 2024 with Biden in the WH and the state our country will be in at that point ...anybody not Named Trump and on the other side should be in pretty good shape to win. I wouldn't even count Trump out if Gas/Inflation and the Economy continue to tank!
