Probably be in the right place, at the right time! And to be coached up to handle a given assignment, and taking advantage of the opportunity! In 2009, there was a lightly recruited three star DL who was given a shot to play at a DI school. As an insurance policy in case of injury to the two deep depth chart! As time went on, that school developed a glut in the DL, but was thin in the OL! So, to make a long story short, he was moved to the O side of the ball to fill a need! Two years later, he was an Outland Trophy finalist, and a starting center for the future National Champion Florida State Seminoles! After his senior season, he was selected as the nineteenth pick in the NFL Draft! And would eventually end up as an OL for the Kansas City Chiefs! And the Colquitt County Packers are VERY proud of their own Cameron Erving!
