2018 Osage conference

Pleasamt Hope, Miller, Ash Grone, Stockton, Pierce City, Diamond, Sarcoxie, Miller, Marionville, Skyline.. Skyline will be be football only. GREAT CONFERENCE.

When I first heard of the new Highland Conference, I thought Stockton would have been a good fit both geographically and the rivalry with El Dorado Springs. Skyline would be a decent fit also.

This isn't happening... PH joined the SRVC. This dude hasn't shown no proof and I've read and heard from a local coach PH is Srvc bound and the fact no one in Miller or Diamond PC or Sarcoxie know anything about this its BS. I know quite a few people from all these towns including a few coaches and they haven't heard about this at all.

I know of nothing other than PH to srvc next year. I heard some rumors down the road though.

There is a story here. Not sure who will be involved but good chance some things could change as we know it...just wait and see. Sounds like Jasper, Liberal and Lockwood and some other SRVC schools might not be a part of the plan. If that's the case what's future look like for them?

Pleasant Hope came to the SRVC Professional Development Day earlier this month (October 9 to be exact) and asked to join the SRVC. The superintendents voted to let them into the conference.
