The Crane thread had me wondering who were the largest schools without football. I didn’t include schools with soccer or are co-op.

West County 249
Licking 248
Steelville 224
Southwest (Washburn) 215
Woodland 207
Kingston 196
Bourbon 195
Twin Rivers 189
Seymour 185
Conway 185
Spokane 173
Sparta 172
New Bloomfield 171
Greenville 166
Clearwater 165
Senath-Hornersville 153
Neelyville 150

Pretty sure Licking should be in there somewhere.
Yes, and Dixon plus possibly another Frisco team or two. If I heard correctly, the league rules state no members can have football. I don’t believe Iberia joined until after they ditched their program.

Iberia became full members in 1977 when they joined after leaving the Tri-County Conference. Kept the football program around until the end of 1989 season. Dropped the program after winning two district titles. If they could have held on for about 6 more years they would had some more smaller schools in the area to play (South Callaway, Cuba, etc.).

Licking has always been a school that I thought should have football and should be in the SCA.

Doesn't Iberia hold the state record for consecutive losses?
At one time, didn't Steelville play "club" football?
