19TH ANNUAL UNION INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT

The 19th annual Union Invitational Tournament will be played this Sat. August 31 at the Union Sports Complex. Action will begin at 9:30am and continue throughout the day. There will be 7th place, consolation, 3rd place and championship games played. Teams entered this year are Union, Borgia, Pacific, Park Hills Central, Farmington, Warrenton, Washington, and Louisiana. Washington is the defending champion with Union being last year's runnerup.

Looking forward to a great tournament. Who do you see as the favorite?? Washington is the defending champion, but I don't think they have the pitching to prevail this year. Will be interesting to see how things play out.

Washington 10 Park Hills Central 9 championship

Warrenton 14 Pacific 2 third place

Farmington 17 Borgia 2 consolation

Union 10 Louisiana 0 seventh place
