Couple of weeks ago, the specific topic of St. Pius X in Festus was discussed and how the local conference schools were kicking them out of the conference...and blah blah blah...this has now escalated a bit I have heard. Pius belonged to the I-55 conference in football...which now has been disbanded and those schools have formed a new conference?? Asking for clarification on this...So if that is the case..what happens next? Seems a lot of AD's will be burning up the phones to schedule games this fall.

Tell me again why we shouldn't have separate public/private school playoffs? If they want to play them during the regular season, then by all means schedule them, multiple times if you like. IMO the success factor in volley and basketball should have no effect, you only have 5 on the floor at at time.

Cass Midway is looking to fill 1 more football coaching vacancy. Offensive Line coach is preferred, but coaching fit and desire are most important. Teaching positions are in Art and English, with other possible openings. Also, full time para is a possibility.
