The complete lack of a rebounding presence on offense and defense from Mizzou and allowing 2nd chance points because of that is making a difference.

Mizzou led by 6 with a minute to go and almost gave it away.

Mizzou wins 69-66

Dembele finished with 20 pts & 4 assists and definitely lead the charge in the 2nd half.

Mizzou rebounded way better in second half.

Frank had 13 pts, 9 rebounds, 2 assists
Slaughter & Schraeke both finished with 8 pts

Judd had 7 pts, 8 rebounds & 3 assists

Lady Tigers are now 8-4 and picked up their first win against a power 5.

They play LSU soon and play S Carolina twice this year. I hope this win is what they needed to wake up but I’m not that optimistic at this point.

Still don’t think the players are the problem. Defense was caught out of position on almost every illinois possession in the final minute.
